EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer you 14 days to exchange or return your purchase.  If you return your purchase, we will return the amount in the same way you paid. 

Please, contact info@chaika-style.com for returns before shipping the item back to our office in Madrid.

Note, that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back in the case of returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn/unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused.  Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Once approved your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of returns, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of exchanges, we will notify you once the replacement has been delivered.

When returning items please clearly state the reason for the return as this will accelerate the handling process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and the receipt of the delivery cost in the case of exchanges. Please, always send your package to us as a track and trace delivery. This will enable us to track your order and hereby assure that the parcel has been received by chaika.
